Time-dependent electron current in a nano-transistor subjected to a time-varying gate potential
Abstract
We study the time-dependent quantum transport behavior of a nano- transistor whose channel is subjected to a time-varying gate potential. Both the time-dependent particle current and the energy current can be calculated from the lesser corresponding steady-state Green’s functions.
