Abstract

YBa2-xMnxCu3O7-δ bulk superconductors with 0.3 ≤ x ≤ 0.6 were prepared by standard solid state reaction. By implementing two oxygen-annealing
profiles, it has been found out that shorter cooling time greatly minimizes the impurity phase content and that a higher Mn content requires a shorter
oxygen diffusion phase to improve the superconducting transition of the doped samples.
