Mobility of charged particles in polar crystals based on the spin polaron theory
Abstract
Using the spin polaron Hamiltonian, the mobility of charged particles in polar crystals is obtained. This was done by obtaining the conductivity from Kubo formula and the concentration of holes. From the Kubo formula, the finite temperature retarded expression of the current-current correlation function is taken at the limit of zero frequency to obtain the electrical conductivities.
