Abstract

We construct a tilt-correcting optical set-up for the generation Bessel beams. The Bessel beam is generated by encoding a conical phase to a phase-only spatial light modulator (SLM). The aberration of the beam is corrected by a feedback system composed of a charge couple device (CCD) camera and a computer. We show that the set-up is able to correct for the tilt of up to 5o in the conical phase.
