Reachability conditions for two-state systems with commensurate energies
Abstract
We present conditions for two-state quantum systems with commensurate energy levels to evolve from an initial state to a specific target state. We also examine the case for which the system can not achieve exact reachability and considered its evolution to a state closest to the target state. It is also shown that the time-energy uncertainty relation still holds for the dynamical process considered in this work.
