Effective correction of local phase errors in unordered wave propagation iterative phase retrieval using tilt phase addition
Abstract
Single beam multiple intensity reconstruction (SBMIR) employs multiple axially-displaced intensity images along with an iterative numerical algorithm to reconstruct wavefronts. However, numerical calculations may stagnate at a local minimum when insufficient object intensity measurements lead to local phase errors. This study introduces a method for improved reconstruction by adding a small tilt phase to the phase reconstruction, enabling subsequent iterations to effectively correct local phase errors.
