Super-resolution multiple plane phase retrieval using multi-angle illumination
Abstract
A method to increase the lateral resolution of multiple plane phase retrieval was proposed. Using a multi-angle illumination recording scheme and tilt compensation step in the reconstruction process, an extended passband in the Fourier space is constructed and used to surpass the Abbe resolution limit.
