On the three most frequent source of earthquakes in Luzon from 1973 to 2009
Abstract
Analyses of earthquake magnitudes relative to time in the island of Luzon were presented in this study. The data used in this study came from the archives of United States Geological Survey (USGS). An analysis of variance of six equally spaced time intervals with regards to the average daily quake magnitude was presented. An investigation on the periodicity using fourier transforms was also carried in the study Interpretations and analyses were accompanied with graphical illustrations to enhance the thought presented.
