The role of conjugacy in the dynamics of the CTOA operator

Abstract

This paper investigates the role of conjugacy between the Confined Time of Arrival (CTOA) operators and their Hamiltonians with respect to the dynamics of the CTOA eigenfunctions using the anharmonic oscillator as a test case. It is found that the role of conjugacy is to ensure sharper localization of the time evolved CTOA eigenfunction at its corresponding eigenvalue.
