Abstract

Properties of sound waves were investigated in a designed experiment. The system consists of a microphone interfaced in a computer and sounds were recorded using Logger Pro Software. Several frequencies were produced by whistling. Several students will whistle at the same time and the combination of this will be analyzed by analyzing the wave from the amplitude vs. time and amplitude vs. frequency plots.
