Abstract

Monte Carlo simulation is used to model particle deposition. The code works for the most ideal situation based on TiN deposition on a Stainless Steel (SS) substrate. From a user defined number of iteration, the program returns the layer height of the deposit. Results have little or no standard deviation from the mean value.
