Determination of moisture content of seaweeds (Euchema cottonii) using microwaves
Abstract
Measurement of moisture content using microwaves relies on the dipole properties of water molecules wherein the water bound in a material interacts with the microwave field. This paper present a preliminary study on the correlation of moisture content of seaweeds (Euchema cottonii) with microwave attenuation.
