Simulation of DC output characteristic curves for long and short channel MOSFETs in JAVA^TM

Abstract

A new simulation program similar to SPICE for DC output characteristic curves of long and short channel MOSFETs was written and implemented in JAVA^TM programming language. The program interface was made such that the user may easily understand each of the device and simulation parameters. Simulation results show high agreement with results from SPICE simulator.
