Investigation on the possibility of intermingled usage of concepts in kinematics

Abstract

A survey questionnaire was constructed to detect the intermingled usage of speed, velocity and acceleration. Synonymous and intermingled usage of velocity, speed and acceleration in terms of magnitude and direction were observed.
