Abstract

C-axis oriented YBCFO film is produced using the combined method of powder deposition and liquid phase sintering and annealing technique. At partial melting temperature (TM) of 990°C, a highly crystalline film was produced with rod-shaped and equiaxed structures. Rod-shaped structures are grown above a planar matrix which has characteristic "fluid-flow" feature.
