Abstract

The complete set-up of laser-based photoacoustic spectroscopy system is presented. The system can detect ethylene concentration in nitrogen at the ratio of 1:46,000. The result is still too far from the desired detection ratio of 1 ppb if the system be used to monitor ambient ethylene gas.
