Determination of visual evoked potentials in electroencephalograms using wavelet de-noising

Abstract

Visual evoked potential (VEPs) determined from electroencephalograms provide useful physiological information regarding brain disorders and diseases. Using a wavelet de-noising technique, which makes use of the time intervals corresponding to these VEPs, allows one to accurately detect them.
