Population dynamics in a scaled-down Penna model of biological aging

Abstract

The dynamics of a population under a scaled-down Penna bit-string model of biological aging was investigated. It is shown that a chaotic behaviour may be obtained from an initial population with the same age, as opposed to an earlier reservation regarding its possibility.
