Abstract

Based on the strong interaction of holes and spin waves in cuprate superconductors, a strong-coupling theory of high temperature superconductivity is developed in this paper. The finite temperature (Matsubara) Green's function method is used in developing the theoretical framework, but this time in terms of matrix Green's functions.
