Abstract

This paper discusses the effects of Vext and Vlens parameters of an E×B probe in the extraction of H in a magnetized sheet plasma. Variation of Vext shows that Ipeak is maximum at Vext = 190V and FWHM is narrower at higher Vext. Whereas the variation of Vlens reveals that Ipeak and FWHM are not much affected by negative Vlens but are decreased by increasing positive Vlens.
