Abstract

The dependence of image quality, particularly resolution, brightness, and depth of focus on the size of digital holograms is measured using Linfoot's criteria and integrated optical density (IOD) values. Resolution and brightness increase with hologram size. Meanwhile, depth of focus decreases with hologram size.
