Absolute phase in few-cycle twin-photon pulses
Abstract
The effects of the component carrier wave of an ultrashort wave packet is included in the modeling of coincidences of twin-photons from spontaneous parametric down conversion. The absolute phase of the carrier was found to modulate the normalized coincidence count. The behavior of the spectral content was also obtained for few cycle pulses near optical frequency oscillations.
