Abstract

Using the finite temperature Green's function method, the holon spectral function is calculated from the first order holon self-energy term. The interaction in the S-matrix expansion is the spin polaron Hamiltonian that allows us to analytically determine the holon self-energy term for multiple spin-wave processes. The usual prescription of analytic continuation enables us to obtain the retarded expression from the Matsubara self-energy term.
