Abstract

In this paper, we present results of the preparation and characterization of thin films of poly(phenylene vinylene) (PPV), a semiconducting polymer. Here, we share to other researchers the problems we encountered in the PPV thin film preparation, which we observed to be not as straightforward as reported in the current literature.
