Automated human chromosome karyotyping using Matlab
Abstract
We present a system which can automatically arrange chromosomes in a karyogram according to size. Parameters, such as the area, bounding box, and orientation, were utilized in cropping and rotating each chromosome. The system was developed using Matlab's Image Processing Toolbox.
