Resonant transmission in double delta function potential
Abstract
Resonant transmission in double delta function potential (barrier or well) is investigated using the Green function approach. In particular, the transmission coefficient is calculated and plotted as a function of opacity Ω (defined proportional to the product of the potential height or depth V0 and the potential width a) and wavenumber k of the incident flux.
