Abstract

In this study, PPy films were synthesized from aqueous solutions of pyrrole monomer and Na(p-TS) in an improvised one-compartment cell equipped with gold-plated stainless steel electrodes. The films were prepared at varied values of plate current density, anion molarity and synthesis temperature, with ranges of 1.6 - 5.0 mA/cm2, 0.050 - 0.150 M and 2 - 50°C, respectively. The increments used were 0.2 mA/cm2, 0.005 M and 4°C.
