Abstract

Liquid phase epitaxial growth is governed by many factors, for example, melting temperature, equilibration time, growth temperature, and growth time. In our LPE set up at the Materials Physics Laboratory at NIP one parameter that can be varied with ease is the growth time. In this report the effect of longer growth time is evaluated for Bl 2212 LPE films.
