Abstract

Liquid phase epitaxial growth is governed by many factors, for example, melting temperature, equilibration time, growth temperature, and growth time. In this report the effect of melting temperature time is evaluated for Bi 2212 LPE films. Melting temperature determines the degree of supersaturation in the melt.
