JAX: A microcomputer-based x-ray diffractometer controller
Abstract
This paper describes a microcomputer-based x-ray diffractometer controller and explores its possibilities in simplifying acquisition and analysis of x-ray powder diffraction data. The interrupt-driven controller can operate in both preset time and preset count data acquisition modes and allows a data analysis program to execute concurrently with data collection.
