Five-dimensional space and spherically symmetric metric

Abstract

The standard descriptions of symmetry with Killing vectors are given. The importance of this concept is illustrated by the Kaluza-Klein theory. The series of Killing vectors for the line element (2) are described. The explicit expressions of metrics for higher symmetries are written down.
