Big data analytics: From Twitter to Facebook
Abstract
In recent years, the problem of understanding human behavior and interactions has steadily been tackled through an analysis of activities occurring on web and mobile platforms. A review of recent findings, trends, and challenges in big data analytics is presented. Data availability and terms of use for educational purposes is highlighted. In the case of Twitter, results from our study of online conversations are discussed.
