Partonic cross section for the hadroproduction of Higgs and Z0 Bosons in the Standard Model
Abstract
The differential cross section of the process qq ̄ → HZ0 was calculated. Using Feynman rules, the Total Feynman Amplitude for this process is given by adding the contributions from the s-channel, t-channel, and u-channel. An expression for the differential cross section dσ/dt is already available [1] and thus used in this paper. From the literature [2], only the s-channel contribution was calculated. In this paper, differential cross section contributions for the t channel, u channel and the cross terms of the 3 Feynman Amplitudes was calculated. The effect of the additional terms to the differential cross section was also investigated.
