Abstract
We study the monthly causes of confinement in Abra, considering the climatic factors: average temperature, average rainfall, relative humidity from January 1999 – December 2010. Using the statistical methods – correlation, mutual information, and transfer entropy, it is found that the climate affects the number of the confinement with different diseases whether these are direct or inverse relationship. Therefore, such climatic variation, the incidence of change in the number of disease-affected people in the province is possible also.
