Wavefront reconstruction using single-beam phase-shifting speckle illumination

Abstract

An in-line scheme for phase-shifting holography is proposed. The novelty of the technique is the use of a single speckled beam as both the reference and the object wave. Reconstruction of the wave transmitted through amplitude targets with different frequencies are presented as preliminary results in this proof of principle study.
