Abstract

The pair production of vectorlike T quarks (VLQ-T) was simulated and reconstructed under the conditions in the future CLIC at a center-of-mass energy of 3 TeV. In particular, the process e+eTT̅ZtWb is investigated, where all W/Z bosons decay hadronically. Events are generated using MadGraph5_aMC_v3.3.2 and then showered using Pythia 8.3. A custom RIVET analysis is then used to reconstruct the T quark pair by inspecting the angular separations of the jets in the final state. The analysis successfully reconstructed the correct mass peaks of the known Standard Model (SM) particles, as well as the mass of the simulated T quarks.
