Abstract

With the digital age and the internet, many services have been made available online through subscription models. We analyze the kinematics of a developing online review subscription service dataset spanning over three years. Inter-event distributions of enrollees with a fixed sampling window and varying time intervals δt were taken and analyzed revealing a Poisson distribution, as well as exhibiting a power law distribution, allowing for future work using stochastic methods and models.
