Abstract

Archery is not just about pulling the string of the bow with an arrow and releasing it once the target has been locked with the point. You will find hard time hitting the target doing this. The essence of the workshop is to teach the audience the principles in physics governing archery from bow and arrow to preparation and bull's eye. In doing so, the participants will be taught of the key principles in archery, explain the physics concepts that governs almost every aspect of archery, demonstrate the proper way of performing archery, and have the participants test their skill before and after the discussion.
