Abstract

Polyaniline Emeraldine Base (PAni-EB) film was fabricated by mixing PAni-EB powder with N-methylpyrrolidinone (NMP). The solution was dried in a vacuum oven for 8 hours. After drying, the PAni-EB samples were cured for different times. Results of Fourier Transfrom Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) for the samples showed that the crosslinking is induced by curing. The cured PAni-EB films were then doped. It was found out that the conductivities of the films increased with the increase in curing time.
