Abstract

Optics is one interesting field in Physics in which we get to study light and its behavior. As a wave, we can easily observe light in nature. Examples of which are reflection, refraction, interference, and polarization. There will be a short lecture on digital photography and about the behavior of light as a wave. The participants in groups of five will get to have a digital camera in which they will take pictures of any optical phenomenon in the vicinity. Art and knowledge in optics are necessary. This is helpful especially in classes in which sophisticated equipment in optics is limited. Activities are made for appreciation and understanding of concepts.
