Abstract

In this study, the morphology of YBCO deposited and grown on SrTiO3 by combined physical deposition and thermal annealing was observed via scanning electron microscope. The effects of time and temperature conditions in the annealing process of the samples affect the morphology of the film. Samples annealed at 980°C for 1 hour then at 940°C for 30 hours exhibited smoother surface morphology.
