Abstract

In-phase and out-of-phase components of the AC magnetic susceptibility of YBCO were measured with slight phase drift. Results show a scaling of the in-phase transition with field and frequency. Scaling of the out-of-phase with frequency shows that Faraday induced magnetization is frequency independent. The imaginary peak below TC is slightly asymmetric; it broadens and shifts to lower temperature with increasing field, and peak height scales with field. The position of the imaginary peak near TC is independent of field and frequency.
