On the de Sitter structure, Dirac fields, and instantons
Abstract
The de Sitter geometry is investigated in connection with Dirac fields and instantons. By considering a model for a de Sitter matter, it is found that the instanton coupling constant is directly connected with the mass of the Dirac field. Moreover, the instanton coupling constant can be expressed in terms of the cosmological constant.
