A strategy for improving student-laboratories in physics in spite of limited school funding

Abstract

The usual reason given for lack of equipment in student-laboratories is lack of funds. While lack of fund has certainly contributed to the inadequacy of our student-laboratories, it is only one of the causes for the deficiency generally prevailing in Philippine schools.
